How do I pay for your services?


You can pay for lessons or repairs by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. We accept most cards but please check with us first. Lesson payments can also be made by BACS.



Can I just drop my guitar into you?


Because of the nature of our business and the fact we are not a store, appointments must be made if you wish to bring your guitar into us. You can call us, email us or book a slot on the website.




How long will the repair take?


This all depends on the type of work required and how busy we are. For the more basic jobs we generally aim for a week turn round time.  For more challenging work it will be more like two weeks plus. We will always keep you posted on progress should the work take longer than we expected.




Is my guitar safe when with you?


We treat all guitars with great care and respect and have been repairing guitars for nearly two decades. Your guitar is fully insured when it's with us and  the workshop is fully alarmed.
