Jim at Planet Guitar came to my rescue when my Lowden acoustic developed a niggling rattle. He fixed it in no time at all. All guitars that are repaired by Planet Guitar come with a 3 month repair warranty.

Your guitar is fully insured when it's in the care of Planet Guitar.

Please be aware that we are a professional guitar workshop not a general music store. An appointment is necassary if you are thinking of dropping your guitar into us.
